increase_confidenceGuys, if you want to succeed in romantic and business relationships, there is one thing you absolutely must possess: Confidence. If you want to gain confidence and feel better about yourself, here’s what you need to do.

  1. Hit the Gym

Nothing boosts a man’s confidence like working out. If you’re feeling flabby and weak, no woman is going to be interested in going out with you. To project confidence, you have to feel confident. This means feeling good about the man you are.
Get rid of that dangerous spare tire and increase your natural testosterone levels by joining a gym. Here, you can work out with other guys who will give you the motivation you need to succeed. You don’t have to go everyday or become a professional bodybuilder. Just three times a week can put that swagger back in your step!

  1. Change Your Clothes

Seriously, guy, you’re not doing yourself any favors if you’re still walking around in ripped jeans and faded T-shirts. That look may have worked for you while you were still in college but it doesn’t work today. When you wear the types of clothes that turn women on and make business associates feel good about working with you, you’ve got a leg-up over the competition.

  1. Play to Your Strengths

If you’re losing a bit of hair on top or have a few more lines around your eyes, don’t go to great and obvious lengths to cover it up. Instead of an embarrassing comb-over or some spray-on hair, try shaving your head entirely so you can rock that manly and confident bald look. Got a great set of eyes but a mortifying scar on your chin or a hair lip? Grow a beard! Playing to your strengths is one of the best ways to gain confidence in both business and romantic relationships!

  1. De-Junk Your Diet

No matter how much your exercise, you’ll never feel good about yourself if you don’t eat right. Too much junk food in your diet will bring your testosterone levels to a crashing halt and you won’t even have the energy to feel good about yourself. Part of being a mature, healthy man is eating a healthy diet. This means eating plenty of organic vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, beans, legumes, meat, fish, and healthy fats. If you eat a fast-food burger every once in the while, it’s not going to kill you. Just don’t make a habit of it.

  1. Flirt with Gorgeous Women

Do you often struggle when trying to meet women because you just don’t feel confident in your approach? Think of flirting this way: It’s a way to boost your confidence. The next time you’re out and about, find the most beautiful woman you can find (without a ring) and chat her up. Even if she acts somewhat aloof and unsure of why you approached her, she’ll be flattered by your attention and each smile and head-nod will make you feel that much better about yourself.

  1. Set Goals and Meet Them

Men who procrastinate tend to feel lower about themselves than men who get things done. If you want to gain confidence in yourself, sit down with a piece of paper and a pen right now and right out a list of at least 5 goals. Next, develop a plan of action. How will you meet these goals? The more meaningful tasks you accomplish, the better you’ll feel about yourself and what you can offer a significant other.

  1. Learn a New Skill

Guys, there are certain tasks every man should know how to do. If you don’t know how to change a tire, now is the perfect time to learn. Never fished a day in your life? Give it a try! This is your year to be confident and get things done. No more lying around on the couch in front of the tube promising yourself tomorrow you’ll feel better. When a man learns a new skill, he not only learns a new skill, he boosts his confidence naturally!
Confidence means feeling good about yourself and a man feels good about himself when he’s physically active and attractive to a potential mate.
